Where does the art for products come from?
All art is designed by the owner Rachy Sketch.
Shipping information?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, it depends on final weight of your package and the destination country, and the postage type you select. You can see the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your order. This cost does not include any customs or duty fees your country may charge.
When will the order ship out?
I always try to get your orders out between 2-3 days.
can I track my order?
If tracking is available for the postage you have selected, the information will be sent to your email along with the order conformation, unless it's not available to your country.
Problems with the order?
If by acccident i have sent you the wrong order, if it arrived damaged or for any other reason please email me at rachysketch@yahoo.com and I will get a replacement sent out to you. Alternatively, you can get a refund, if you prefer.
Returns poilcy?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. I will replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged.
can I combine my orders?
Yes, I will be able to combine orders, if I see them in time and haven’t shipped out. You can either put a note on the order or email me rachysketch@yahoo.com
Preorders?
No, preorders will not be availabe in store, you will have to wait for more stock to be available again

Was I charged twice & payment was declined?
If your card was declined, the declined charge will still show on your account temporarily. It should go away within a few business days. If not, contact your credit card company.
